Shipping Timeline
REL, Inc. Products. are shipped as timely as possible. Currently, our LED UV-A Lamps and accessories ship within 10 business days from receipt of order; and our Visible Spectrum Line of products ship 8-10 weeks from receipt of order.

Shipping – Small Parcel Shipments
REL, Inc. ships daily with UPS and FedEx. Customers may use their own UPS or FedEx account for the shipping charge.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the product weight, package type, and box size and we use the latest UPS or FedEx shipping rates.

Availability
Online store shopping is available to US customers only.

Returns
Non-defective items can be returned if they were purchased directly from REL, Inc., and must be returned in unused condition, and in the original packaging. Retail, commercial, and government customers must return any unwanted items within 30 days of purchase for a refund.

Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 20% will apply to all returned products.

Warranty
REL, Inc. will repair, without charge, any defects due to faulty materials or workmanship for two (2) years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover part failure due to wear or tool abuse. This warranty does not apply to accessories or damage caused where repairs have been made or attempted by others.
